How long does it take to get my server?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your server is set up. You receive an email when it is ready; its IP address and credentials then appear in your account.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. VPS plans have no commitment and are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Which operating systems are available?
Ubuntu (24.04 and 22.04 LTS), Debian (13 and 12), Rocky Linux 9 and AlmaLinux 9. You can request a reinstall at any time.
How does the domain marketplace work?
Our marketplace lists premium domain names for sale or lease. For now, purchases are made on an offer basis: send us your proposal and we'll get back to you quickly. Online purchase, leasing and listing your own domains are coming soon.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, CB) and the wallets offered by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions are charged automatically to the saved card.
Where is my data hosted?
In data centres located in Europe: Germany (Falkenstein, Nuremberg) and Finland (Helsinki). You choose the location when ordering; more countries are coming soon.
