Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation of all or part of these elements, by any process whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of 2BWEB, is prohibited and may constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).

Liability
The publisher endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the website. However, the features of the offers, their prices and the availability of domain names may change: only the information summarised before an order is confirmed is authoritative.
The website is in principle accessible at all times, but access may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance operations or in the event of technical difficulties. The publisher cannot be held liable for such interruptions, nor for any use of the website that does not conform to its intended purpose.
The provision of the services ordered is governed by the general terms and conditions of sale.
Hyperlinks
The website may contain links to third-party websites (service providers, domain name registries, public authorities). The publisher has no control over these websites and is not responsible for their content or their personal data practices.
Links to nodyna.com may be created freely, provided that they do not harm the image of NODYNA or suggest a partnership that does not exist. Displaying the website's pages within another website (frames or “framing”) is not permitted.
Reporting illegal content
NODYNA provides hosting services. Anyone may report content or an activity that they consider to be illegal and that is allegedly hosted on a NODYNA service (phishing, malware, spam, counterfeiting, hateful or child-pornographic content, etc.) by writing to contact@nodyna.com. To enable it to be processed, the report must specify:
- the exact location of the content (URL, IP address or domain name);
- the reasons why it is considered illegal;
- the name and email address of the person submitting it, except where it concerns child sexual abuse material;
- a statement confirming that the person submitting it believes, in good faith, that it is accurate and complete.
We acknowledge receipt of reports and inform the persons who submitted them of the action taken. Presenting content as illegal in order to have it removed, while knowing this information to be inaccurate, is a criminal offence.
This address is also the point of contact for authorities and users within the meaning of Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act). Communications may take place in French or English.
Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data carried out by NODYNA and the use of cookies are described in the privacy policy. The website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function: no advertising or audience measurement cookies are set.
Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the website falls, failing an amicable resolution, within the jurisdiction of the competent courts under the ordinary rules of law. Disputes relating to the services ordered are governed by the general terms and conditions of sale.
