Transfer a domain to another registrar

Your domain is yours: you can leave at any time, in three steps.

    Unlock the domain

    In your domain's Security tab, click Unlock and confirm with your password (and your 2FA code).

    Get the transfer code

    In the same tab, click Show the code. Give it only to your new registrar. We e-mail you each time it's displayed.

  3. 3

    Start the transfer at the new registrar

    Enter the domain and its code there. The transfer takes up to 5 to 7 days. Don't lock the domain again until it's done.
