Confirm the owner's e-mail address

Mandatory after registering a domain (.com, .net, .org…): one click in an e-mail, within 15 days.

    Why this e-mail?

    The rules of domain names (ICANN) require the owner's e-mail address to be verified. Without it, the registry suspends the domain after 15 days.

    Find the e-mail

    A few minutes after your order, you receive at your account address an e-mail from our partner registrar OVHcloud, with a subject like "Validate your e-mail address". Check the spam and Promotions folders.

    Click the link

    The link opens a page: one click confirms your address. No login, no payment: if a page asks you to pay, it isn't the right e-mail.

    Tell us it's done

    In your domain's page, step "Confirm the owner's e-mail address": click It's done. If you received nothing after 24 hours, contact us: we resend it.
