FAQ
Good to know
Are the resources guaranteed?
Yes: the RAM and disk space shown are reserved for you. vCPUs are shared fairly between the virtual machines on the host, as with every VPS provider.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Open a ticket from your account: we'll migrate your VPS to a higher plan and adjust your billing.
Are backups included?
You remain responsible for your backups. Our support team can recommend a suitable solution (snapshots, external backups).
How do I connect to my VPS?
As soon as it is set up, the IP address and root credentials appear in your account. Connect over SSH: ssh root@your-ip.
